At Wild Goose Clothing Company, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, please review our refund & return policy below.
Returns
You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged clothing within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment or store credit. Items must also include original tags and packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at support@wildgooseclothing.com with your order number and
reason for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless the item/items arrived damaged or
incorrect. In which you will have to prove so.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email support@wildgooseclothing.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected.
If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (wrong or
defective item).
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t yet shipped.
